SHRADDHA SHAH

Shraddha Shah is a qualified sound therapist with a clinical background in Allied Health and over 20 years’ experience across healthcare and wellbeing settings in Australia and internationally.

Her work bridges clinical understanding with sound, mantra, and mindfulness practices. She has completed over 450 hours of formal sound therapy training worldwide and is a certified Sound Therapy teacher.

Shraddha specialises in one-to-one sound therapy, working closely with medical and allied health practitioners to support individual wellbeing. She has delivered over 800 hours of individual sessions and over 200 hours of pro bono sound therapy to monks, children, older adults, women, and underserved communities.

SEN MAHARAJ

Sen is a transformational and narrative life coach with formal training in sound therapy across multiple institutions. His work is deeply grounded in mantra meditation, using sound as a pathway for awareness, intention, and inner change.

In collaboration with Shraddha, Sen co-creates immersive group sound journeys that weave together vibro-acoustics, nature-based and elemental instruments, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and gongs. Together, they hold grounded, intentional spaces designed to support reflection, regulation, and collective experience. Shraddha & Sen have curated and led over 100 hours of group immersive sound journeys.
