Services Offered at Sound Therapy Australia

At Sound Therapy Australia, each offering is thoughtfully designed with clinical awareness and refined attention to detail. Whether in individual sessions, intimate groups, corporate environments, or professional training, sound is applied as a therapeutic medium to support nervous system regulation and meaningful restoration. Every experience is grounded, intentional, and delivered with professionalism and care.

Individual Sound Therapy Sessions

Clients attend our individual sound therapy for a range of wellbeing and integrative health reasons. As a complementary modality, sessions are often sought alongside medical or psychological care to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and whole-person balance.

Ongoing Preventative Care

Many clients attend weekly or fortnightly individual sessions as part of a proactive wellbeing practice — similar to regular bodywork. These sessions act as an energetic reset, supporting biofield coherence, autonomic balance, and the free flow of vitality (prana/chi). By maintaining bioelectrical rhythm and nervous system regulation, the body is supported before imbalance manifests physically, emotionally or mentally.

Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Dysregulation

Chronic sympathetic activation can influence sleep, digestion, mood, and hormonal balance. Sound therapy supports parasympathetic activation, improved heart rate variability (HRV), and greater heart–brain coherence.

Sleep & Insomnia

Through rhythm and tonal entrainment, sessions may assist the brain in shifting into slower states associated with restorative sleep. Supporting relaxation and cortisol regulation is central to improving sleep quality.

Mood, Emotional Wellbeing & Trauma Support

Sound therapy provides a contained, non-verbal space for recalibration and emotional processing. By supporting vagal tone and autonomic balance, sessions may assist individuals experiencing stress, low mood, heightened anxiety, or trauma-related dysregulation.

Pain Management

By reducing stress-related muscular tension and supporting autonomic balance, sound therapy may complement existing pain management strategies. Improved relaxation and sleep can positively influence chronic pain patterns.

Fertility & Reproductive Support

Reproductive health is closely linked to autonomic regulation. Encouraging parasympathetic dominance may support individuals navigating fertility care.

Pre- and Post-Surgical Support

Some clients engage sessions around surgical procedures to promote relaxation, reduce stress-related tension, and support recovery in alignment with medical treatment.

Children & Neurodivergent Clients

Sessions for children experiencing ADHD, autism, anxiety, or sensory overwhelm are carefully adapted to support regulation, emotional awareness, and reduced stress responses.

Addiction & Recovery Support

Within a broader recovery framework, sound therapy may assist stress reduction, emotional regulation, and sleep restoration as a complementary practice.

Immune & Cancer Care Support

By promoting restorative states and parasympathetic activation, sessions may complement broader wellbeing strategies. Individuals undergoing cancer treatment sometimes seek sound therapy to support relaxation and quality of life, in consultation with their medical team.

Planned Group Sound Sessions – Perth Hills

Held in the natural surrounds of the Perth Hills, our small-group sound sessions offer a refined and immersive space for collective restoration. Experiences vary throughout the year and may include weekly sound baths, couples sessions, children’s offerings, themed immersions, and other curated group journeys.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation, heart–brain coherence, and shared presence. Within an intimate setting, sound becomes a unifying medium — grounding the group, softening mental activity, and creating space for meaningful stillness and connection.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to preserve depth and individual care. Bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us to explore current offerings and upcoming experiences.

Corporate Wellness & Workplace Sound Therapy

Our corporate sound therapy programs are designed for organisations seeking refined, evidence-informed wellbeing initiatives that enhance both performance and workplace culture. Each offering is thoughtfully tailored for executives and teams, supporting focus, emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and sustainable capacity within high-demand environments.

Many organisations engage recurring workplace sessions (weekly or fortnightly), recognising the value of structured pause and nervous system recalibration in fostering creativity, relational intelligence, and a resilient, present workforce.

Sound therapy is also incorporated into leadership retreats, strategic planning days, and curated wellbeing events — offering a grounded reset that strengthens collective coherence and organisational vitality.

Private Events, Retreats & Conferences

Elevate your gathering with a bespoke sound experience curated to reflect its intention, vision, and energy. Each offering is thoughtfully designed and expertly facilitated, creating an atmosphere of depth, presence, and quiet refinement at your chosen venue.

From luxury wellness retreats and executive conferences to intimate celebrations and milestone occasions, sound is seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the event. The result is an immersive experience that grounds, unites, and leaves a lasting resonance well beyond the day itself.

Professional Sound Therapy Training

Our Professional Sound Therapy Training offers a structured and discerning pathway into the therapeutic application of sound. Delivered in intentionally small cohorts, the program integrates rigorous theory, applied technique, and supervised experiential learning using world-class instruments.

Over seven immersive days, participants develop competency in facilitating individual sessions and group sound immersions while cultivating a refined understanding of nervous system regulation, therapeutic presence, ethics, and scope of practice. Emphasis is placed on embodied listening, professional responsibility, and the foundations required to work with confidence, integrity, and discernment.

The program welcomes individuals from diverse professional backgrounds — including health practitioners, wellness professionals, coaches, and yoga teachers — as well as those seeking a credible and comprehensive qualification pathway in sound therapy.

All current trainings are fully booked.
Next intake: November 2026.

To preserve depth, mentorship, and individual guidance, places are strictly limited and offered via application. Early expressions of interest are invited to join the priority waitlist ahead of enrolments opening.
